Marseille – France
Located on the French southern coast this wonderful city is part of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. As the name implies, it is surrounded by a striking blue sea.
Amstel Staff TIP: don’t miss the view from Notre Dame de la Garde (even better while sunset and with a beer). The Berlin Bicycle Week started yesterday to celebrate the cycling culture. Until Sunday the 20th numerous more than 60 events, bicycle races, workshops and a fair will gather the lovers of the two-wheeled vehicle, focus on the bike as part of a social and healthy life style.
The highlight will be the Berliner Fahrradschau from 18th to the 20th of March, known as worlds leading bicycle lifestyle show for the public and industry. More than 300 exhibiters will be present – among them well known international Brands such as Specialized, Cannondale, Trek, and Rapha, and trendy urban brands like Schindelhauer, Brooks, and Van Moof. Besides passing by sightseeing like the Siegesaule, Brandenburg Tor and TV Tower the way goes through really nice green areas such as the beautiful Tiergarten Park.
