Sunday is Street Food Market at the Neue Heimat. But the complex at the RWA Gelände has a lot more to offer – Eat, drink and dance: Sunday at the Village Market.
First of all, ai the area where many bars are set and restless all night, there is a really interesting and cute Flee Market. There, second hand clothes are sold by locals, as well as furniture and former DDR hardware and objects.
At the Village the atmosphere is even more interesting with live music and food stands for all kinds and tastes, from vegan hamburger and crepe to Sicilian food and grilled meet, from light to fat, slow to fast, it is all there. With fair prices, the available choices satisfy vegans, vegetarias and carnivores. It is street food with a touch of sophistication and the public is very diverse: families, people of all ages, but always with a trendy style.
Live Music and DJ sections
The Village Market provide the pleasure of good food accompanied by nice live music – so here digestion is made while dancing. The live section starts early – from 12h30 to 15h – an is followed by DJ sets that go on until the night starts. Beer is not expensive and the environment its great. Fall Sundays can turn here into a delicious flavor festival, with music from the begging to end and the nice company of illustrious and excited strangers.
