Amstel House Hygienic measures

 

From the 11th June on we’ll open our doors again to welcome our guests in our beautiful Amstel House. In the past weeks, we developed a detailed hygiene concept according to German health authorities, as well as several organizations to make sure your trip is as safe and pleasant as possible! To inform you about all our measurements we have summarized the most important points of the concept:

  • ONLINE BOOKING

    All reservations must be made online.

  • PROTECTED RECEPTION

    Our reception may be protected by an acrylic glass shield, to make sure the check-in is safe for everyone. A key deposit is not charged. You do not need to come to us when checking out. Just drop the key card into the container at the exit.

  • MOUTH-AND-NOSE PROTECTION

    In all public areas of the building, the wearing of a mouth and nose protection is currently not mandatory.

  • 150 cm DISTANCE

    Currently there are no minimum distance rules applying.

  • DISINFECTION DISPENSERS

    Disinfection dispensers with skin disinfectant can be found throughout the whole building

  • CLEANING

    All handles, switches, knobs, buttons, pulls, tables and storage surfaces, in short: all surfaces that are usually touched by hand are professionally treated with a virucide-active surface disinfectant after conventional cleaning.

  • STAFF TRAINING

    Our reception and cleaning staff have been trained by an external disinfector specialist, among others and are constantly update about further installments.

  • CAREFUL CLEANING AND DISINFECTING OF THE ROOMS

    The linen is changed by our cleaning staff. After your departure, bed linen, towels, blankets and pillows are taken out of the Bed linen and towels are cleaned in the laundry so that they are virus-free. Duvets and pillows are professionally disinfected.

  • CAREFUL CLEANING AND DISINFECTING OF THE ROOMS

    After the conventional cleaning is completed,
    in addition to the handles, switches, knobs, handles, tables and shelves, the floors and mattresses are professionally cleaned with a surface disinfectant that acts as a virucide.

  • large selection of private rooms

    We offer a wide range of private rooms with one, two, three or four beds each. We also offer family rooms with up to six beds.

  • CAREFUL CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE BATHROOMS

    The cleaning of the bathrooms is done according to the traditional cleaning schedules. After the conventional cleaning is completed, the fittings, switches, knobs, handles, shelves and floors are professionally cleaned with a surface disinfectant that acts as a virucide.
